			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Make sure to sign up for the class you are attending!  There was a question whether we will turn people away, and the answer is of course not!  The sign ups are so everyone can see how many people are coming to each class, and if there are a lot of people, there may be 2 heats, or the workout will take a little longer to get through.  If you are okay with that, sign up and come in!  I just want people to see how many may show up so they can plan their workouts accordingly!  You are more than welcome to show up early or to another class that you are not signed up for and work on some skills!  Everyone is always welcome.  Please let one of the Coaches know if you&#8217;d like some help with a certain movement or a skill, and they will be more than happy to help you out.</p>
<p>9-6-3 Rep rounds for time of:</p>
<p>Muscle Ups (Sub 3 pull ups/Ring Dips per muscle up)<br />
Squat Cleans 135/95lbs</p>
<p>Make sure that if you want to complete the Open workout, it must be judged by a Certified Level One trainer.  You will post your score online, and I will be happy to verify it for you.  I know that some people will not make it every Saturday, and some people cannot make it at all on Saturdays.  We will be judging those people during the week.  I&#8217;d like to get as big a group as possible to the gyms each Saturday so do your best to make it!  It will be a fun and rewarding experience.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hey everyone,</p>
<p>We have a new procedure in place.  I would like to get it going as soon as possible, so start as soon as you can.  I have created a password for all active members of our gym.  I will have the list of passwords at the gym for you when you show up.  From now on, if you are going to a certain class, please sign up ahead of time.  The night before is enough warning.  This will give us and you the ability to see how many people are going to be at each class, so you can either plan to be there, or wait for another one.  This does not mean that you cannot still show up and hang out at other classes, it just means that you should work out at the time you signed up for.  This will allow for better use of equipment and space.  To do this, simply go to the class schedule page on this website, and click on the link for class schedule.  At the page you are taken to, input your email that you gave me on your waiver, and the password I&#8217;ve given you.  You can then sign up for classes.  You can sign up a day or weeks ahead, and plan your workouts accordingly.  You can also update all of your information, like phone number, address, and other things.  If you change your mind, you can simply go in and cancel the appointment and sign up for another class.  I really think this is going to help the classes become more evened out.  If you look now, you can see that people have already started signing up for classes.  Thanks in advance!  If you want, you can message me on facebook, and I can private message you the password tonight.  Just let me know!</p>
<p>Another announcement is that we are not having class this Saturday.  8 of us are traveling up to CrossFit Fast in Westlake Village to compete in the Shakedown Team Competition.  We&#8217;d love all the support we can get if anyone wants to make the trip up there.  It should be a great time.  </p>
<p>The following Saturdays we will be open. We will have a trainer on hand to run a 9am class.  Some of us are traveling to different gyms around the area to compete in the CrossFit Open.  I would like to encourage everyone to set up an account and join our team!  Go to the <a href="http://games.crossfit.com/">CrossFit Games page</a> and create an i.d., then sign up for the open.  It is only $20 for the entire 5 weeks of competition.  The Open is designed to allow for almost EVERYONE to compete.  You can see your scores compared to others in our gym, other gyms in the area, and people around the world!  Here is the schedule:</p>
